Should any pricing or copy errors occur on this website, we reserve the right to correct. We strive to maintain an accurate price representation for all products represented herein. Price discrepancies, as the result of technical or human error, will not be honored unless: (a) we have electronically received your payment or; (b) our customer service representative has accepted your telephone order and provided a confirmation number.SHIPPING POLICY

All Reeds products are carefully inspected by our quality control team when they are received from our vendors. They verify that each item meets the exacting quality standards Reeds has set for that product. Our quality control team will again inspect your order prior to shipping to insure the product still meets these standards after having been sized or custom ordered.Order Processing
Order processing includes credit validation, name and address verification and fraud protection screening for your security. We also provide free quality gift wrapping and will include a gift message free of charge if you have selected these options. Order processing also includes ring sizing if required. Once these steps are complete, your order is ready for final inspection and packaging.Orders not requiring sizing or custom ordering will be processed as follows
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday or on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, will be processed within the next two business days.
Arrival Time
Once processed, your order will be shipped out and arrive at your designated shipping destination according to the delivery method you selected when you placed your order. Also upon shipping, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.Your shipping and delivery options for in-stock items include the following:
- Standard Shipping: Standard shipping orders to U.S. continental addresses will arrive three to four business days after being shipped from Reeds Jewelers. An adult signature (over 21 years of age) is required for delivery. There is no charge for this service on domestic orders of $99 or more. For orders under $99, there is a charge of $10.00.
- Express Shipping: Express shipping orders to U.S. continental addresses will arrive one to two business days after being shipped from Reeds Jewelers. An adult signature (over 21 years of age) is required for delivery. This service is available on all domestic orders for a charge of $25.
- APO/FPO Shipping: Overseas orders being sent to APO/FPO addresses will arrive within seven to fourteen days after being shipped from Reeds Jewelers via USPS Priority Mail. There is a charge of $10.00 for this service.
- Alaska and Hawaii Shipping: Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will arrive two to three business days after being shipped from Reeds Jewelers. An adult signature (over 21 years of age) is required for delivery. There is a $25 charge for this service.
- Reeds In-Store Pick up: Reeds is pleased to be able to offer in-store pickup of your order at any Reeds store. Simply choose your nearest Reeds store location and allow 4 days for the order to be sent to the store and ready for you to pick up. Once your order has arrived at the store you have selected, you will receive an email confirming that it is ready for pickup. There is no charge for in-store pickup.
Special Request and Custom Orders
- Standard sizes for most rings are size 7 for women and 10 for men. To request a ring in any other size can add up to 5 business days to total delivery time.
- Some ring materials, such as stainless steel, titanium or intricately carved or engraved rings must be special ordered for non-standard sizes from the manufacturer. Delivery time is normally noted in the product description. You will be reminded of this delivery time via email once you place your order.
- If you cannot find what you want among Reeds? extensive online selection, please don't hesitate to contact us at orders@reeds.com for any special requests. We will attempt to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
Reeds Package Protection Policy
For insurance and security reasons and to ensure your purchase arrives safely in your hands, Reeds and its shipping partners have instituted the following package protection policy.- Each order is sent fully insured at no additional cost to you.
- An adult signature is required (21 years of age or over) to receive packages from Reeds.
- No deliveries are allowed to P.O. Boxes
- All orders above $350 must be shipped to one of the following types of addresses:
- Your home billing address on file with your credit card company.
- An authorized alternate address that you have pre-registered with your credit card issuing bank, or
- A staffed, authorized UPS Center

To send your Reeds purchase to a Non-Billing Address
For gift givers who want to surprise their loved one with a gift from Reeds, we want to help you maintain the surprise and get your gift where you need it when you need it. We can ship your gift via Express Delivery to get it there quickly for a fast-upcoming special occasion, or we can work with you to get yoar order shipped to your work or other location that is not your home billing address to help you maintain your surprise. You could also have your item delivered to a Reeds jewelry store near you for convenient pick-up.If you will not be home to sign for your order, Reeds can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. Here are your many options:
- Ship to an alternate address that you have pre-registered with your credit card company
As a convenience to customers who wish to ship valuable items to addresses that are not their home billing addresses while still protecting against fraud, most credit card issuing banks allow their customers to register these alternate addresses in advance. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank first before shopping from our Reeds web site or catalog and provide them with your desired alternate shipping address.
Once you place an order for over $350 and choose a shipping address other than your billing address, Reeds will be able to automatically confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address, such as your place of work, on file, and rapidly process your order. - Ship to an authorized, staffed UPS location
If you cannot be available, or have some other trusted adult available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to the most convenient UPS center so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Find the address of the staffed UPS customer service center nearest you.
Note: You may only choose a STAFFED UPS Center. The staffed centers will display on the UPS Drop-off Locations Results page with a red square in front of the location, e.g.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is determined by the state and zip code to which you are delivering your order, and is calculated based on the total cost of your order. How does it work?
- Reeds.com merchandise returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery date.
- All returns require the original sales receipt.
- Merchandise must be in new, unused, restockable condition, including all original parts and packaging. Watches that have had links removed for sizing must be returned with all original links. All instruction manuals must be included.
- If returned via mail, all return shipments are sent at the customer's expense via insured delivery service.
- Returns will be credited in the original form of payment.

How to Exchange an Item via Mail
To exchange an item via mail, you must first contact our Customer Service Center at 1-877-406-3266 9am-5pm ET within thirty days of delivery to discuss your exchange.How to Return an Item via Mail
To return an item via insured carrier, send your insured package within thirty days of delivery containing the original sales receipt or copy, and the merchandise in new, unused, restockable condition, including all original parts and packaging. Watches that have had links removed for sizing must be returned with all original links. Reeds Diamond Trade-in Policy
For up to thirty (30) days after the delivery date from a Reeds store, web site or catalog, Reeds diamond jewelry may be exchanged for Reeds merchandise of equal or greater value.Please contact our customer service department at 1-877-406-3266 or a store employee for clarification of any of the return and exchange policies outlined here.
Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel or change an unprocessed catalog or web site order for any reason, please call toll free 1-877-406-3266 as soon as possible or email us at orders@reeds.com. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. But you may simply return the order according to our 30-day money back return policy.
