How to obtain service under a REEDS Service Plan
Obtaining service with a REEDS Service Plan is easy.
For customers near a REEDS store
If you are near a REEDS store, you simply take your watch or jewelry item that was covered under a REEDS Service Plan back to any REEDS Jewelers store. Be sure to bring the following with you:
- your original REEDS purchase receipt (from a REEDS store, Reeds.com or a REEDS catalog purchase)
- your copy of the REEDS Service Plan brochure that was provided to you when you first purchased the item
These items may be required to obtain service.
